Warhammer Icons
Some of the warhammer icons/portrait parts do not change to match the actual piece so you end up with inventory icons that don't match their respective hammers. Specifically some of the heads don't match. I'd have to look to see if there were other parts too.
Do you need more info to find these 2da entries? I'd have to get back into the toolset and see what's what.

Re: Warhammer Icons
These are likely remnants of mismatches by the original maker(s) of the additional warhammer parts.
I've seen several examples over the years where a 3D model is made for something and a new icon part isn't included, so a default one is copied over just so that the part can be used in the toolset.
I actually use a version of this method (making "dummy" or "stand-in" icon files), but I do it so that I can get my model work to show up in the toolset so I can grab screenshots to make matching icons. I just make sure to replace the stand-in ones with the finished icons.
If you access to an image editing program (such as GIMP) that can edit/save as 32-bit .tga files, you could whip up matching icons and add them to your own top hak. If you look in the baseitems.2da file, you should be able to find the basic model name (under the "ItemClass" column). For warhammers it's "WBlHw" (Weapon Bludgeoning Hammer war?). For the heads, you're looking for the models for the tops, so the file names would be something like "wblwh_t_051" (warhammer top, part 5, color 1), with a matching icon file "iwblwh_t_051". You'd likely want to find a copy of the default icons, so you can try to match up sizing and position for the image(s).
If you've never done any sort of custom content, feel free to ask questions over at the BioWare NWN forum for custom content, and/or do some research starting with the custom content section of neverwinternights.info. Item icons are a relatively tame place to get started, and it introduces you to the structure of 3-part weapons and their icons...which makes it easier to add new such items to your own haks/modules in the future if you choose to.

Re: Warhammer Icons
It's nice to know how to make my own icons for these, but I'm wondering if they will be fixed for 2.5...
May we get an update on bug fixes being added to 2.5? Or a general update on it?
